Call for Applications: Yemoja Grant for Queer Womxn Organizations in Africa
QuestPro-Women Foundation (QWF) is excited to invite applications for the Yemoja Grant—a flexible general support grant designed to strengthen growing, queer women-led organizations across Africa with annual budgets under $100,000.
This grant is part of QWF’s ongoing project, “Protection Against SGBV Among LBTIQ Women in Africa,” which aims to enhance protection, dignity, and visibility for LBTIQ women through community-driven, sustainable solutions.
We especially encourage organizations using creative approaches such as artivism—including visual art, performance, storytelling, or digital media—to apply.
Eligible Applicants
LBTIQ women-led, community-based organizations from: East Africa, Zimbabwe, Ghana, Nigeria, Democratic Republic of Congo, and Central African Republic

Grant Amount: $5,000
Grant Duration: 12 months
Application Deadline: 31st August 2025
